Getting Started with 1:1

One-to-one computing (sometimes abbreviated as "1:1") refers to academic institutions that allow each enrolled student to use an electronic device in order to access the Internet, digital course materials, and digital textbooks.

But, what does that involve?

As you can imagine, 1:1 is more than handing a device to a student.  This course will take you through some of the important components that you will need to think about in this process.  Most of this is at a high level, but we have resources available if you want to take a deeper dive.

The first area that we need to think about is our Policies and Procedures.  What do we have in place currently?  The first couple of pages in this course involve the 1:1 Handbook.
