Overview: Learning Goals and Expectations
The Richmond County School System's "PowerUP" campaign is intended to provide students will the opportunity to learn and demonstrate mastery of learning using a variety of digital tools and experiences. The initiative began with a 1:1 device roll-out, and as the video to the right demonstrates it's already having an impact on education by providing greater equity of access to learning and increasing student engagement.
However, the campaign didn't end when devices were distributed. Now, the PowerUP initiative is focused on refining our policies and procedures, and implementing our instructional technology with fidelity in our classrooms to positively impact student learning.
