Device Support

At times the device your child receives my present technical challenges for parents and students. The Richmond County School System is dedicated to making sure all district issued devices are working properly. The Information Technology Department provides technical support assistance using the following options:

When reporting the issue, be sure to share all information about the technical issue you are having. Include student name, school and issue specifics. 


Instructional Software Support

Instructional Software, including online textbooks, is accessed through the student's ClassLink/Launchpad account. Classlink is a single sign-on software, allowing the user to login to the platform and access all software on their dashboard without having to login to each piece of software.

The login format for ClassLink/Launchpad is
lastname.firstnamemiddleyinitial@student.rck12.net
(ex: Doe.JohnA@student.rck12.net)
