Learning Target: I can identify affixes and use them correctly. I can analysis character traits. I can write a constructed response using my leveled text.
Wednesday:
- Review the affixes previously learned.
- Students will continue reading Frindle and practice putting events in sequential order.
- The teacher will model how to write a construct response using our grade level text.
Thursday:
- Review the affixes previously learned.
- Students will continue reading Frindle in mixed ability groups and complete a character analysis handout.
- Students will continue writing their constructed response.
Friday:
- Students will complete a graded chapter check-up and individually read chp. 11.
- Students will complete the final version of their constructed response.
