- 02/10: Elementary and Middle Schools - Principal OR Asst. Principal meets with i-Ready consultants at BOE* (this is a change, originally it was scheduled to be at National Hills); Elementary 8:00-10:00 and Middle 10:30-12:30. Please send only one person per school due to space.
- Identified Elementary and Middle Schools have i-Ready coming to schools for PL during teacher's planning time. Here Links to an external site. is the schedule.
On the day of visits, please ensure:
- Building leadership teams confirm that they are expecting i-Ready at the building on their given assigned day
- Ensure that schedules match the days that you are signed up for
- Locations for the sessions have access to either a SmartBoard or a projector
- All participants are expected to arrive on time. The session will last the entire planning period.
- To make the most of our time, we ask that teachers minimize distractions during planning sessions and come ready to learn. Teachers must come prepared with their laptops fully charged and ready to be used during the session.
- For at least one session, a member of building leadership must be present. We understand that administrators' time is valuable, and we want to honor that. However, to maximize the impact of our work, we ask that they attend and learn alongside us. We believe that this will give administrators a better understanding of i-Ready and will help them to better support their teachers going forward. We understand that this is an extra commitment, and we greatly appreciate it. We believe that this is an important investment in their school's success.
- i-Ready Group Trainings for TIR's will be held for non-identified schools. Here Links to an external site. is the schedule.
