- 06/01 - 07/28: Richmond Reads Summer Reading Challenge
- Staff Vacancies: Monitor and/or verify (1) postings of such vacancies, (2) identification and recruitment of qualified candidates, and (3) selection and employment of new personnel
- Summer Facility Care: Make sure colleagues know the cleaning schedule and what needs to be stored or covered in classrooms. Project a work timeline, letting all staff know when they can prepare classrooms for the start of school.
