Progress Reports

It's time for Progess Report #1. Consider this a snapshot of where the student is performing today. Teachers will want to provide opportunities for students to turn in missing work before September 11th so that progress reports can be printed and reviewed on time. Please set expectations for your staff to ensure grades are as accurate as possible. A team of school leaders should review progress reports before they are sent home to ensure that every student has a grade for every course. It is never acceptable to send progress reports home without grades. If your registrar needs assistance, please contact Cornelia Ryan or your SIS Coach.

Important Progress Report #1 Remiders:

  • Census Documents should be sent with All Progress Reports K-12.
  • Elementary and Middle School homeroom teachers should place the items inside the Report Card Jacket; signed report card jackets should be returned to the homeroom teacher.
  • Middle School homeroom teachers should work with students to complete the self-assessment before Progress Reports are sent home. These completed self-assessments should be sent with the progress reports
