After serving in the United States Army, I entered the welding and pipe-fitting industry in a career spanning over 31 years as a journeyman, Lead, and field service rep positions in the United States at the Philadelphia and Charleston Naval Bases, Twenty-nine Palms Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center(California) and Abroad at the Egyptian Naval Shipyard Ra's El-Tin (Egypt), Forward Operation Base (Iraq), and Kuwait Air Force Base (Kuwait). I decided to become a career-changer and become a certified teacher to promote the industry by building a skilled workforce.
