Offline Access to Canvas Content

Did you know that it is possible to view Canvas course content offline?  This may be helpful in areas where connectivity is a challenge or if your school is anticipating network downtime.

Check in your course Settings to make sure the "Allow course content to be downloaded and viewed offline" option is enabled. By enabling this setting, users in the course will have the option to Export Course Content from the Modules page. The content will be exported as a zip file. Once downloaded, the user will be able to view course content later, even without an internet connection.

It's worth noting that the downloaded content will not be dynamically updated, so this process must be done regularly to ensure you're viewing the most up-to-date Canvas content.
