For support with Canvas, RCSS employees can utilize Canvas Tier I Support 24/7 via the options listed below:

If additional support is needed after contacting Canvas Tier I Support, please record your case number and send an email to the Richmond County Instructional Technology Specialists Team.  Please include your case number, a description of the question or issue you are facing, a link to your Canvas course, and any additional documentation to help investigate the issue including screenshots or screen recordings.

 

Various forms of help are available through the Canvas platform by selecting the HELP icon in the global navigation menu. You can also receive additional help through the Instructional Technology & Media team. Information is below on all ways you can seek help with Canvas questions. Students can get help via Canvas Guides and the Canvas Community.
