If additional support is needed after contacting Canvas Tier I Support, please record your case number and send an email to the Richmond County Instructional Technology Specialists Team. Please include your case number, a description of the question or issue you are facing, a link to your Canvas course, and any additional documentation to help investigate the issue including screenshots or screen recordings.
