The 7 Kings of Rome

In this class, students will learn about the period of the 7 Kings of Rome. The objective of today's lesson is to give an understanding to students of Rome's earliest history and to put it into the context of Rome's overall history. Class will proceed as follows:

1) Opening - students will review the story of Romulus and Remus

2) Student will view a powerpoint and take notes on Roman history.   The 7 Kings of Rome.pptx  Then they willl read the selection on "The Kings of Rome" on pages 109-111 of the Ecce Romani textbook. Answer the questions at the bottom of page 111.
