Chapter 16 Adjective Agreement

In today's class we will focus on reading comprehension and adjective agreement. Students will begin class with practice on adjective agreement and then they will read and answer questions on the passage in Chapter 16. The objective of this class is for students to be able to read a simple Latin passage with some fluency and to recognize adjectives and their agreement with nouns. Class will proceed as follows:

Opening - Students will practice with adjective agreement.

Lesson - Student will read the Chapter 16 story "Why is Sextus a Pest?" and answer comprehension questions on the passage:  Chapter 16 Translation and Ordinal Numbers.docx

Closing - Students will locate adjectives on page 119 and explain their case, number and gender.
