The Future Tense of the Verb Day 2

Students will continue their study of the future tense of the verb. Today they will learn the future endings of the 3rd and 4th conjugation and practice with these forms. The learning target is for students to recognize and translate future tense verbs of all conjugations.

Opening - Students will review translation of future tense verbs below:

Lesson - Students will learn the future tense of 3rd and 4th conjugation verbs. The Future Tense of the Verb.pptx  Students will review yesterday's translation and find the future tense verbs of the 3rd and 4th conjugation. Students will translate the sentences in Ex. 23b on page 202.

Closing - Students will conjugate a verb of the 3rd or 4th conjugation.

Homework - Review future conjugation. Quiz on Thursday.
