Welcome to Literacy Instructional Expectations!

In this course, you will explore Instructional Expectations related to Literacy, a critical focus in the Richmond County School System for the 2023-2024 school year.  Components of the course include reviewing the definition of literacy and effective literacy strategies, thinking critically about how to incorporate literacy into the classroom, identifying best practices for writing across the curriculum and planning for ways to check comprehension.
